Developed and executed paid social media campaigns promoting Grace Health’s in-house pharmacy services, emphasizing convenience, affordability, and coordinated care. Collaborated with clinical and outreach teams to align messaging and improve awareness among existing patients.

Achieved a 25% increase in new pharmacy patients within the campaign period, strengthened brand visibility across key service areas, and improved patient retention through integrated follow-up messaging.
